If you require special shipping accommodations or if you just need some extra support, we are here to help. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm US Eastern Time will begin processing on the following Tuesday.

Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing,
please check with neighbors or building staff, verify
your shipping address, and contact the carrier.
We're happy to assist with filing a claim, but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
