How soon do you need your dress?

If you require special shipping accommodations or if you just need some extra support, we are here to help. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm US Eastern Time will begin processing on the following Monday.

Order & Shipping Policy Orders are processed based on availability and credit verification. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Ridge Kids will reach out if an item is out of stock or if additional information is needed. Delivery time excludes Sundays and holidays. Once your order ships, it becomes the responsibility of UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be provided. Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please: check with neighbors or building staff, confirm your shipping address, contact the carrier to file a claim.
