Once your order ships, it becomes the responsibility of UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be provided. Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please: check with neighbors or building staff, confirm your shipping address, contact the carrier to file a claim.
